In order to formulate realistic strategic objectives, a situation analysis of the current and future business environment was conducted. The purpose of this assessment was to ensure that the plan addresses the environmental and organizational factors that influence the performance of the Society. The performance objectives and actionable strategies were subsequently designed to enable the society realize its goal within the planning period. The implementation of these actionable strategies will ensure improved economic empowerment of the members in the next five years.
